Due to the unique and high-demand nature of our curated collection, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
However, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. We encourage you to carefully review all product photos, descriptions, and condition details before placing your order. Our team is also happy to answer any questions you may have prior to checkout, ensuring you make an informed decision you’ll love.
Our Buyback Courtesy Program
While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your lifestyle. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a Buyback Courtesy Program for eligible items originally purchased through our website or our official Whatnot store.
Here’s how our Buyback Program works: If your item meets the criteria below and is in its original condition, we may offer to buy it back from you at a fair resale value, which typically reflects the price you paid minus handling and processing costs.
Eligibility for Buyback:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The item will undergo a thorough inspection and authentication process upon return.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate items remain final sale and are not eligible for buyback.
- Buyback offers are made at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline requests based on the item’s condition, type, or your purchase history.
- All buybacks are subject to the terms outlined in our Consignment & Sales Agreement.
If your Buyback request is approved:
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the item’s return.
- Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will issue payment to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt shipment, so we are generally unable to accept order cancellations once your purchase is confirmed.
However, in limited and rare situations, we may consider cancellations for:
- Returning customers with a positive purchase history.
- First-time buyers on Whatnot (as per Whatnot’s platform policies).
