Processing & Shipping Your Order

We’re excited to get your order to you! Please allow 69 business days for us to carefully process your order before it ships. This processing time begins once we receive your order and payment, and it excludes weekends and holidays. Our processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, processing times can vary depending on the volume of orders and the availability of our items.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL to deliver your orders. For domestic shipments, standard rates apply. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking information. Please remember that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary based on your location. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, factors like carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Enhanced Security for Higher Value Orders

For your peace of mind, all orders over $100 are shipped with added insurance and will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your valuable purchase arrives safely. If you’re not available to sign, the carrier will provide instructions for arranging a redelivery or pickup.

Our Shipping Commitment & Your Responsibility

Once your package leaves our hands, please note that we are not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

However, we are here to help! If you encounter any of these issues, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will gladly assist you in navigating the claims process with the carrier.

To help us resolve any shipping claims efficiently, your cooperation will be greatly appreciated. We will handle the direct communication with the carrier, and any refunds or replacements are subject to their claim resolution process. Please provide any requested information promptly (such as photos of damage or proof of loss) to ensure a smooth process.

Important: Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it reshipped.

International Orders: Customs & Duties

For our international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes levied by your country. Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control. If an international package is refused or deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
